Shipping + Returns


Shipping
We aim to get your Stella Rhodes pieces to you as swiftly and beautifully as possible.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

  • Shipping Rate: All orders ship via standard ground for a flat rate of $10.00 excluding furniture and oversized items. Additional shipping charges may apply to large or heavy items and will be calculated at checkout or invoiced separately.

  • Local Pickup: Available at our Franklin, TN boutique during regular business hours. You will receive an email when your order is ready.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: Stella Rhodes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. If your package is lost, we’re happy to assist you with filing a claim.

Returns

We gladly accept returns for store credit or exchange within 7 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Items must be free of fragrance, makeup, or damage

  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required

All approved returns will be issued as a gift card or store exchange. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
