Policies
A $99 styling fee is required to reserve your appointment.
This investment is fully applied toward your final purchase.
The styling fee reflects the time, preparation, and personalized curation of your edit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled delivery will result in forfeiture of the styling fee.
A valid credit card is required to confirm your appointment.
By booking The Stella Edit, you authorize Stella Rhodes to securely hold your card on file and charge it for:
• Items you choose to keep
• Items not returned at the scheduled pickup time
• Merchandise returned damaged beyond normal try-on wear
Your card will not be charged until your selections are finalized following pickup.
You will have 24 hours from the time of delivery to try on and finalize your selections.
All items not being kept must be ready for pickup at the pre-scheduled time. Items not returned during pickup will be considered purchased and charged accordingly.
This dedicated window allows you to thoughtfully style each piece within your own wardrobe.
All items must be returned in original condition:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• With original tags attached
• Free of fragrance, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or damage
Stella Rhodes reserves the right to determine item condition. Merchandise returned outside of these standards will be charged at full retail value

Availability may be limited during peak seasons to ensure the highest level of service.

There is no minimum spend beyond the styling fee
Each edit typically includes 6–12 thoughtfully selected pieces, depending on your needs. We focus on quality and cohesion — building a wardrobe that works together effortlessly.
The $99 styling fee covers the consultation, curation, preparation, and delivery of your edit and is non-refundable. There is no additional obligation beyond the styling fee.
Absolutely. The Stella Edit is ideal for travel wardrobes, weddings, special occasions, seasonal transitions, and professional styling needs. Simply share your event details during your consultation.
If sizing adjustments are needed and inventory allows, we are happy to coordinate exchanges within your 24-hour window
Yes. Many clients choose to book seasonal or event-based edits. We are happy to create an ongoing styling relationship tailored to your wardrobe goals.
